- Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and providing information
- Approve leave requests, manage banked/compensatory time and ensure adequate staffing
- Input patient charges and delegate related duties
- Provide direction and training for scheduling and re scheduling patient appointments
- Maintain record keeping of all payments and outstanding balances
- Coordinate and/or supply training for new front office employees and temporary staff
- Serve as liaison between departmental timekeeper and clinic
- Conduct annual performance evaluations
- Coordinate disciplinary actions of front office employees
- Monitor front office work load and task list, assigning and delegating as needed

Job Overview

- Maintains record keeping of all payments and outstanding balances for purchasing activities.
- Coordinates and/or supplies training for new front office employees and temporary staff.
- Serves as a liaison between the departmental timekeeper and the clinic.
- Conducts annual performance evaluations.
- Coordinates disciplinary actions of front office employees in conjunction with Practice Administrator and Personnel Coordinator.
- Monitors front office work load and task list, assigning and delegating as needed.

Pay
- From AED 2,500.00 per month.
