Zocoa Group is seeking a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist or Front Office Executive in Dubai.

The role is the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and business partners and provides essential administrative support.

The successful candidate should be presentable, confident, proactive, well-organized, and skilled in communication and coordination.

Welcome and assist visitors, customers, suppliers, and partners professionally and courteously.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Receive and respond to general emails and route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access when required.
Schedule meetings and appointments and coordinate meeting room arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and document deliveries.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic documents and records.
Prepare basic letters, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Maintain office stationery and supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
