- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar, coordinating with real estate agents and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist in maintaining client databases and updating property listings
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and preparing documents for meetings
- Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors
- Assist with occasional event coordination and client meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a real estate or office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- 1 year of receptionist experience
- English language proficiency

Job Description
- We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team.
