Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate property, client, and sales records
- Manage property inventories, unit availability, pricing, and project information
- Update CRM systems with leads, customer information, bookings, and sales transactions
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and identify any discrepancies
- Upload and organize property related documents, contracts, reservation forms, and client files
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Coordinate with Sales, Admin, Marketing, and Accounts teams to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information
- Perform regular database maintenance and remove duplicate or outdated records
- Support administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- 5 6 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the Dubai real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Experience handling property listings, customer databases, booking forms, and sales records
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and real estate documentation (preferred)
- Knowledge of reservation forms, Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA), and property transactions (preferred)

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Data Entry Operator with 5–6 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
