- Execute daily functions of arrival and departure for guests
- Perform registration process by obtaining data from guest
- Review Group Resumes, VIP reports, daily business reports
- Handle cash and credit processing, including Gift Card redemption
- Resolve guest complaints or follow up with manager
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to expedite room turnover
- Drive loyalty program and upselling program
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of guest valuables
Requirements
- Passion for guest service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Minimum 1 year previous hotel experience (asset)
- Knowledge of Property Management System such as Opera (asset)
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (asset)
- Computer proficiency in Windows environment

Job Description
- Execute daily functions of arrival and departure for guests
- Adhere to job task checklist points
- Perform registration process by obtaining guest data
- Review Group Resumes, VIP reports, daily business reports
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with Accor standards and regulations
- Handle cash and credit processing, including Gift Card redemption
- Support Concierge or Telephone Operator as required
- Resolve guest complaints or follow up with manager
- Review room queue and work with Housekeeping to expedite turnover
- Reach out to guests to communicate room readiness and coordinate luggage delivery
- Handle Due Out and Discrepancy updating with Housekeeping
Qualifications
- Passion for guest service
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized, results oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (asset)
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Minimum 1 year previous Hotel experience (asset)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and guest requests
- Knowledge of Property Management System such as Opera (asset)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Experience with hotel loyalty program (asset)
- Computer proficiency in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
