The role is based at the Fairmont Dubai hotel in the business heart of Dubai.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Agent welcomes arriving guests, settles hotel accounts, and assists guests throughout their stay.
The role reports to the Front Office Manager and supports guest safety, wellbeing, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide farewells, and assist them according to brand standards.
- Remain present and attentive at the reception desk throughout the shift.
- Use guest names whenever possible and provide an excellent first impression.
- Follow telephone etiquette, occupational health and safety regulations, and the Fairmont Code of Ethics.
- Increase room rates and RevPAR through room-brand upselling.
Qualifications
- Outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills are required.
