Key Responsibilities
- Develop event schedules, tracking logs, and execution timelines with project managers.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers, production houses, and stand contractors.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams.
- Manage shipping, travel arrangements, booth setups, live operations, and dismantling.
- Monitor project expenses and process documentation to keep operations cost-efficient.
Requirements and Skills
- Two to three years of UAE-based project coordination experience in events, exhibitions, or fit-out.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to read technical layouts or drawings.
- Strong multitasking, crisis-management, and communication abilities under high-pressure deadlines.
- A valid UAE driving license and own car are required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
