- Research trends in fashion, accessories, sustainability, and vegan materials
- Source and evaluate vegan leather, sustainable fabrics, trims, and packaging materials
- Assist in product development from concept to prototype
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and sample makers
- Maintain material libraries, product specifications, and development records
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and innovations
- Assist with sample reviews, quality checks, and product testing
- Support the development of new collections by preparing mood boards and presentations
- Track development timelines and ensure project milestones are met
- Document feedback and improvements throughout the product development process
- Ensure consistency across packaging, social media, website, and marketing materials
- Support the creation of brand stories, messaging, and campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in fashion, accessories, or sustainable materials research
- Ability to source and evaluate vegan leather, sustainable fabrics, trims, and packaging materials
- Skills in coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and sample makers
- Ability to assist in product development from concept to prototype
- Strong organizational skills to maintain material libraries and development records
- Ability to support brand positioning and create brand stories
