• This is a part-time remote opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites.
• Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive layouts and structured components.
• Package production-ready Figma frames, exported assets, and specifications for handoff.
• Maintain visual consistency across web pages, PDFs, and social materials.
• Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and modern layout quality before delivery.

Education and experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
• A strong portfolio must focus on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers.
• Candidates should be able to work from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems.

Technical skills

• Deep proficiency in Figma for responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
• Expertise in conversion-driven landing page layouts with strong clarity, spacing, and typography.
• Understanding of asset preparation and specifications for developer or no-code implementation.
• Webflow and Framer are examples of no-code implementation platforms.
• Ability to carry brand aesthetics consistently across websites, social materials, and pitch decks.

Additional requirements

• A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach is required.
• Strong awareness of clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends is required.
• Independent troubleshooting and rapid delivery of production-ready assets are required.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate B2 level or above is required.
• Applications must include a CV portfolio link with relevant web design cases.

Project time expectations

• Tasks are estimated at approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
• The estimate is not a guaranteed workload and applies only while the project is active.

Compensation

• Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
• Compensation varies across projects based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
