About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies.
• Design reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers.
• Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
• Transform raw data and concepts into polished assets for marketing and communication goals.
• Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.

Requirements

• Have a strong, diverse portfolio showing social media graphics, marketing collateral, one-pagers, and other formats.
• Demonstrate an exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, and grid systems.
• Work independently with an adaptable, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and self-directed approach.
• Manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously while maintaining professional-grade quality.
• Have upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Submit an English CV with a portfolio link and relevant graphic design examples.

Technical Skills

• Be deeply proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Be proficient with Figma.
• Create modern infographics, compelling social media templates, and layouts that structure information clearly.
• Adapt designs between one-pagers and digital templates.

Project Time Expectations

• Tasks are estimated at approximately 10-20 hours per week during active project phases.
• The estimated workload is not guaranteed and applies only while the project is active.

Compensation

• Contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent on this project, depending on contribution level and pace.
• Compensation varies by project scope, complexity, and required expertise.
