Mindrift is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer for the Tendem project.
The role focuses on layouts, infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and overall visual polish.
This is project-based freelance work performed remotely during active project phases.
Key responsibilities
- Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies.
- Design reusable social media templates and impactful one-pagers.
- Use advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
- Transform raw data and concepts into polished assets for marketing and communication goals.
- Verify alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.
Required qualifications
- Provide a strong and diverse portfolio with relevant graphic design examples.
- Demonstrate exceptional typography, visual composition, and grid-system skills.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and Figma proficiently.
- Adapt between one-pagers and digital templates across different media constraints.
- Work independently with an adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented approach.
- English proficiency must be upper-intermediate level (B2) or above.
Preferred qualifications
- One to two years of relevant graphic, digital, or visual-communications experience is desirable.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Project time expectations
- Tasks are estimated at approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
- Workload is not guaranteed and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
- Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
- Compensation varies by project scope, complexity, and required expertise.
