Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Therapist - Psychologist at TherapyMantra.
The therapist will provide individual and group counseling sessions, conduct psychological assessments, and deliver evidence-based treatments tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities include creating structured therapy plans, maintaining client records, and offering support through TherapyMantra's secure digital platform.
The role allows for flexible scheduling and independent work while being part of a global network of mental health professionals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and proven understanding of Mental Health concepts
- Proficiency in Counseling and conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Experience in Psychological Assessment and treatment planning
- A valid license or certification in Psychology, Counseling, or Mental Health-related fields
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases
- Familiarity with technology-based therapy tools and platforms preferred
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
