Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Sales Consultant to help grow our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) portfolio across Dubai.

In this role, you will identify potential clients, present Modifix AMC packages, and convert leads into long-term contracts.

This is a fully flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with an existing network in the property, real estate, or facilities management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients including homeowners, landlords, property managers, and real estate agents across Dubai
  • Present, pitch, and sell Modifix AMC packages (Basic, Plus, and Premium) to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline independently
  • Coordinate with the Modifix operations team via WhatsApp for smooth onboarding and client communication
  • Meet agreed sales targets and report progress on a regular basis
  • Represent the Modifix brand professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in technical services, facilities management, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong existing network within Dubai’s residential or commercial property sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Must hold own valid UAE residence visa — visa sponsorship is not provided
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp-based communication and basic CRM or sales tracking
