Responsibilities
- Handle installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of AC and HVAC systems, including split units, ducted units, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning
- Check refrigerant levels and ensure proper system performance
- Complete work orders and respond to service calls
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Perform basic electrical checks and minor plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems
- Document all work performed
Requirements
- Strong skills in AC / HVAC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with basic plumbing tasks linked to HVAC systems and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical fundamentals and safe handling of HVAC electrical components
- Technical diploma or vocational certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or related field
- Previous Dubai or GCC experience is an advantage
- Ability to read manuals, follow work orders, and use basic mobile apps for documentation
- Good communication skills, customer focused attitude, and ability to work under time pressure in a multicultural team

Role Description
- This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Dubai.
- The AC / HVAC Technician will handle installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of AC and HVAC systems, including split units, ducted units, and ventilation systems.
Daily Tasks
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs
- Preventive maintenance and cleaning
- Checking refrigerant levels and ensuring proper system performance

Qualifications
