Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Freelance Therapist role with TherapyMantra.
The therapist will provide online counseling and therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients through video calls and chat.
Daily tasks include conducting therapeutic sessions, creating treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, maintaining client records, and ensuring evidence-based, client-centered care.
Collaboration with the TherapyMantra team and timely response to client queries are also integral to the position.
Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist with relevant certification (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in conducting online therapy sessions via secure video and chat platforms
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
- Proven expertise in individual, couples, family, and/or child counseling
- Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based practices
- Ability to manage confidential client records and information in compliance with regulations
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with diverse client populations and sensitivity to cultural competencies
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying client time zones
- Experience with workplace mental health programs is a plus
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace
