- Define enterprise standards for Vibe Coding and AI assisted software engineering
- Design, build, and optimize production grade LLM applications
- Develop intelligent AI agents using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, and other frontier models
- Build multi agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel
- Implement enterprise RAG systems using vector databases and knowledge graphs
- Define enterprise AI architecture standards and build reusable AI components
- Conduct internal workshops on AI engineering tools and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years designing and deploying production LLM applications
- Demonstrated experience leading AI engineering initiatives across multiple teams
- Strong background in software architecture and enterprise application development
- Experience building production AI agents and intelligent automation solutions
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agentic architectures, MCP, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and establish technical standards

Role Overview
- MultiBank Group is looking for an experienced AI Engineering role to drive the organization's LLM Engineering capability and accelerate AI powered software development across multiple technology teams.
