About the Role
- FP&A is the forward looking engine of HealthHub’s finance function, responsible for planning, forecasting, and translating financial and operational data into actionable insights.
- HealthHub is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner closely with Finance and Operations across a growing healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational drivers such as patient volumes and utilisation.
- Track actuals vs. budget, provide clear variance analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services, and investment cases, including ROI and sensitivity analysis.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights.
- Prepare executive level presentations, dashboards, and insights to support leadership discussions and business planning.
- Continuously enhance FP&A processes, governance, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI), driving efficiency and accuracy.
