About the Role
- WYLE is building a Personal Operating System that runs parts of your life you shouldn't have to think about.
- This role exists to solve the hardest problem: memory that acts like you, not just chat history.
- You will own the personal world model, hard problems underneath, intelligence on top, and on device runtime.
What You Would Own
- The personal world model: a graph native memory (Neo4j) representing a single human being as a living graph.
- Entity resolution, temporal state and versioning, conflict resolution, decay and consolidation.
- Intelligence layer: how the agent reasons over memory and learns to act like the user.
- On device runtime: small, fast, private intelligence layer with quantization and low latency.
Who You Are
- You have built knowledge graph or graph memory systems in production.
- You think in entities, relationships, and time, not just embeddings.
- Or you have depth in inference layer: small language models, quantization, on device serving.
- You go deep on one hard thing and write the hard code yourself.
- You have built inside an early stage company and want that again as an owner.

- Engineering is horizontal; you work directly with the founder.
- Everyone on the team is a senior owner of something real.
- This is a founding role and equity led with meaningful ownership.
