The Role

We are looking for a Brand and Content Lead who owns the full creative output of WYLE.

This is not a scheduling role.

This is the person who decides how WYLE looks, sounds, and feels to every professional who encounters us before they ever experience the product.

You shoot.

You edit.

You write.

You design.

You get on camera when the moment calls for it.

You work directly with the Founder and the Growth Marketing Manager with no layers between you and the decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content beyond just posting.

We are looking for someone who can plan, create, coordinate, and execute content across social media, campaigns, brand communication, community engagement, and product storytelling.

You Will Own

  • Content production end to end: scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing video and short-form content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
  • Copywriting: post copy, community messaging, email sequences, seminar scripts, and website copy. The written voice of WYLE is yours.
  • Brand consistency: visual identity, tone of voice, and design standards across every touchpoint.
  • Asset production: every visual, carousel, reel, and campaign creative that goes live under WYLE.
  • PR foundations: building media relationships and pitching WYLE's story to the right publications when the time comes.
  • Community content: daily cadence across WhatsApp channels, win stories, and community posts.
  • Content planning and content calendar ownership across key platforms and campaigns.
  • Social media content ideas, captions, scripts, reels, carousels, and campaign concepts.
  • Brand storytelling across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, X, and other digital channels.
  • Short-form video concepts, trend-led reels, shoot planning, EGC/UGC-style content, and content execution.
  • Current trend awareness across social media formats, viral content patterns, platform behavior, and audience psychology.
  • EGC and UGC-style content to improve brand relatability, page reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Trend research, competitor research, and audience insight gathering.
  • Coordination with designers, videographers, editors, and marketing team members where required.
  • Ensuring content is consistent with WYLE's brand tone, visual identity, and marketing goals.

You Have

  • Your own Instagram or TikTok where you are the face. Send the handle with your application. If you do not have one, this role is not for you right now.
  • A portfolio that proves you can shoot, edit, and design. Show us, do not tell us.
  • 3 to 5 years owning content and brand for a startup, agency, or product you genuinely cared about.
  • Copywriting ability beyond captions. You can write a seminar script, a cold email, and a community post and they all sound like the same brand.
  • Camera confidence. Not just comfort. Confidence.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital content.
  • Good writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
  • Experience with content creation, social media, reels, campaigns, EGC/UGC-style content, and brand communication.
  • Awareness of current social media trends, creator-led formats, founder-led content, community-led content, and audience growth strategies.
  • Comfortable working with designers, editors, videographers, and marketing teams.
  • The financial stability and risk appetite to work equity-first for 3 to 4 months. If you do not have both, please do not apply.
  • Dubai-based. Able to start immediately. Works from our office.

Additional Advantage

Candidates with valid work eligibility in the UAE or a self-sponsored visa / own visa / family visa will have an added advantage for faster onboarding.

Compensation

Equity in WYLE from day one.

Salary of AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month begins in September.
