Founding GTM Lead

We are looking for a Founding GTM Lead to build Bridge's growth and revenue engine from the ground up.

You’ll own self-serve growth, product marketing, content, and early sales while helping shape how Bridge is positioned, distributed, and sold.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution and use AI-native tools to move faster.

• Own growth across traffic, signups, activation, conversion, and expansion
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Identify opportunities to convert individual users into team and enterprise customers
• Own pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key GTM metrics

• Develop messaging, positioning, and product narratives that clearly communicate Bridge’s value
• Create high-quality product content across launches, demos, landing pages, social, email, and sales materials
• Turn new features, customer insights, and product capabilities into compelling campaigns
• Work closely with product to improve onboarding, activation, packaging, and conversion
