Osmind is hiring two Founding Business Development Representatives to build its outbound motion from the ground up.
The role reports directly to the Director of Sales, and the initial approach will become the future outbound playbook.
Target clinics provide interventional therapies such as ketamine, Spravato, and TMS.
The primary progression path is toward Account Executive, with potential to become the first BDR Team Lead.
Unify's AI chat interface supports enrichment and sequence building, and representatives are expected to use it daily.
