Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers and understand their businesses and workflows.
- Define AI-driven solutions based on real business needs.
- Build and deploy production-grade agents for customer use cases.
- Design and run evaluations, then iterate until agent performance improves.
- Develop customer-domain expertise to build better AI over time.
- Collaborate with Product and Platform engineers on reliable solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices, agent patterns, and reusable frameworks.
