Role Overview
Shape how enterprises use AI in real-world applications across sectors including finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Serve as a bridge between the North platform and customer engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous enterprise business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methods.
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources.
- Build and ship North platform features across the full product lifecycle.
- Own the scoping and shaping of use cases end to end.
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that support consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Drive clarity, alignment, and engineering quality across the organization.
Customer Engagement and Travel
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on site with customers and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
- Experience building and deploying performant RAG and agentic applications.
- Experience building agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using approaches such as ReAct or Plan-and-Execute.
- Deep familiarity with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specifications.
- Experience owning the full scope of a use case end to end.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams.
- Experience working in unfamiliar technical areas such as frontend development.
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industries including finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems.
