Role Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Customer Support Executive to engage with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our trading services.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to newly generated leads, understanding their trading requirements, providing basic product information, qualifying their interest, and seamlessly transferring qualified leads to the Sales team.
  • This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with customers and building positive first impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound and outbound leads through phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Understand each customer's trading interest, experience, and requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before transferring them to the Sales team.
  • Schedule callbacks or appointments for Sales Executives when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads who were unavailable or requested additional information.
  • Answer basic customer queries regarding account opening, platform features, and company services.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience during the initial engagement process.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective lead handover.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, lead qualification, and successful transfers.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.

Requirements and Skillset

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telecalling, Lead Qualification, or Call Centre roles.
  • Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target driven environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong customer relationship skills.

Preferred Languages

  • English (Mandatory).
  • Additional languages such as Arabic will be considered an advantage.
