- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers to maintain smooth workflow
- Assist in onboarding new workers and tracking attendance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in interior fit out projects (UAE experience required)
- Strong leadership and worker management skills
- Good understanding of site safety standards and procedures
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Own car is required
- Ability to join immediately is preferred

Role Overview
- Maklad Design is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our project execution team. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who can efficiently manage site workers while ensuring productivity, quality, discipline, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
