- Supervise daily site construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
- Monitor construction progress, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Ensure compliance with project health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Organize and control the utilization of construction plant, equipment, and temporary works.
- Supervise concrete works, formwork, scaffolding, excavation, and earthworks activities.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, project management, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote safe working practices across the construction site.
Requirements
- A Level qualification, NQF Level 4 Certificate, or equivalent in Building, Construction, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in engineering and construction projects.
- Strong experience in Building Construction, Earthworks and Roads, Formwork, Concrete Works, Scaffolding, Excavation and Surveying.
- Previous supervisory experience leading construction teams.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality management, and construction methods.
- Good understanding of construction safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Strong planning, leadership, communication, and decision making skills.

Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced Foreman – Site Construction Operations to join our Field Operations team in Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will supervise day to day construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
- The role requires strong leadership in managing construction crews, coordinating resources, maintaining site administration, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
