- Oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, scheduling, and utilization
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance programs
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor fleet performance through KPIs including vehicle availability, downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs
- Coordinate with maintenance providers, suppliers, and contractors
- Supervise drivers and fleet support personnel
- Manage trip requests, pool vehicles, and transportation scheduling
- Maintain fleet management systems, vehicle registrations, insurance records, and compliance documentation
- Monitor fuel usage, operational expenses, petty cash, and fleet related financial records
- Coordinate accident reporting, insurance claims, vehicle repairs, procurement activities, and inventory support
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation management, or fleet supervision
- Experience managing vehicle fleets across multiple locations, industrial sites, or remote operations
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, transportation logistics, preventive maintenance planning, and vehicle compliance
- Experience with fleet management systems such as TAMM, JMS, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring fleet KPIs, fuel management, and operational performance
- Experience in vendor management, contract administration, invoice verification, and procurement coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem solving skills

Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Logistics and Exploration Operations team in Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing fleet operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost effective transportation services across field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, scheduling, and utilization to support operational requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance programs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor fleet performance through KPIs, including vehicle availability, downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance providers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely service delivery and cost effective fleet support.
- Supervise drivers and fleet support personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Manage trip requests, pool vehicles, and transportation scheduling to maximize fleet efficiency.
- Maintain fleet management systems, vehicle registrations, insurance records, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor fuel usage, operational expenses, petty cash, and fleet related financial records.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation management, or fleet supervision.
- Experience managing vehicle fleets across multiple locations, industrial sites, or remote operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, transportation logistics, preventive maintenance planning, and vehicle compliance.
- Experience with fleet management systems such as TAMM, JMS, or similar digital fleet platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring fleet KPIs, fuel management, and operational performance.
- Experience in vendor management, contract administration, invoice verification, and procurement coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem solving skills.
