Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of joinery items (cabinetry, wardrobes, doors, panelling) on site
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications
- Manage and direct carpenters and helpers assigned to the site
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and attendance
- Inspect workmanship during and after installation; ensure finishing meets quality standards
- Identify and rectify defects before handover
- Ensure materials and tools are available on site as required
- Report material shortages and tool requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Ensure all workers follow site safety rules and use personal protective equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality
Requirements
- Trade certificate or diploma in carpentry, joinery, or a related trade
- Minimum 5 8 years of hands on experience in joinery installation and supervision
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Leadership and team management skills at the trade level
- Good communication skills; Arabic and/or English

Role Purpose
