The Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist manages international procurement activities and coordinates logistics operations.
The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, and efficient supply chain processes.
The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is full-time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of international trade and customs procedures.
- Experience working with shipping and logistics partners.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage international sourcing and procurement activities.
- Evaluate and negotiate with overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate import and export operations, including documentation and clearance.
- Monitor logistics processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align supply requirements.
- Analyze data to support cost efficiency and performance.
