Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, Music, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in branding, content production, advertising, or the creative industry is highly preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and direction for projects and campaigns.
- Develop concepts and creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and mentor creative teams and external collaborators.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with clients, producers, and project managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging creative practices.
Skills
- Strategic and innovative mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in creative workflows and industry-standard tools.
