- Perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and cleaning equipment
- Inspect organization, cleanliness, and FIFO method in storage areas
- Complete scheduled inventories and order necessary supplies
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests in dining areas
- Assist management in hiring, training, organizing, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Qualifications

- Must be able to reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- Must be able to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Must be able to climb stairs and/or service ramps
