Overview

  • Oversee all Food Services activities as directed by the Food Services Manager.
  • Main areas: kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory levels.
  • Oversee scheduling and training of employees.
  • Serve as DFAC POC in absence of Food Services Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors with food preparation, serving, cashier operations, cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper cooking techniques per TB Med 530.
  • Maintain equipment accountability and serviceability.
  • Manage scheduling and training for subcontractor workforce.
  • Ensure HACCP procedures are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety Policies and Regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
