Food Service Aide (FSA) LTC -Permanent Part-Time

Evening Shift : 4:15PM to 8:15 PM , 28 Hours Biweekly

Successful candidates will be required to provide an acceptable Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and acceptable Tuberculosis (TB) screening test before starting.

A Unique Family Culture

Serves meals and beverages, following residents’ diets and food preferences while using safe and sanitary food handling techniques.

Monitors the quality of food supplies and equipment received, advising leaders of problems.

Assists in the preparation of catering functions, room setup with necessary food service equipment, food and beverages, flatware and dinner ware, as requested

Sets and maintains a clean and sanitized dining room and workspace.

Assists with orientation and training of new food service team members.

Preparation of nourishment carts (where applicable).

Dishwashing duties (where applicable).

Performs other duties as assigned.
