Food & Beverage Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager
to lead our restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and business growth.
Key Responsibilitiesoperational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Ensure proper coordination between kitchen, service, purchasing, and management teams.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop restaurant teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve employee performance.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and manpower planning to meet operational requirements.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor revenue, food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service and quality standards.
- Analyze business performance and develop strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure effective inventory control and minimize wastage.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, health, hygiene, and municipality regulations.
- Maintain HACCP and food safety standards across all operations.
- Conduct regular operational audits and inspections.
- Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications remain valid and compliant.
Business Development
- Collaborate with senior management to develop new menus, promotions, and dining concepts.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve guest engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support restaurant openings, concept launches, and expansion initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of Food & Beverage experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong experience managing restaurant operations, budgeting, cost control, and team leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
- Korean restaurant concepts, premium steakhouse restaurants and food truck operations
- is highly preferred.
- UAE/GCC hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in restaurant openings, concept development, and multi-unit operations is desirable.
- Strong understanding of premium dining standards and high-volume restaurant environments.
