Key skills for this role
3–5 years’ experience operating a folder/gluer machine (Bobst Series experience a plus).
Previous press, bindery, or finishing experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of die-cutting processes, production materials, quality methods, and color standards.
Able to read, analyze, interpret job orders, and are proficient with measuring and hand tools.
Excellent vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, color distinction).
Finger and hand dexterity with ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
