We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Front of House (FOH) Supervisor** to join our team and support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an FOH Supervisor or senior FOH staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff, handle customer concerns, and maintain high service standards
- Knowledge of POS systems and daily FOH operations
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong focus on customer service and team coordination
- **Knowledge of the Sapaad system is a plus**
