- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, service providers, and operational interfaces
- Experience within large scale developments, logistics, industrial, infrastructure, aviation, or similarly complex projects
- Strong reporting, governance, risk management, and service assurance capabilities
- Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate

Role Description
- We are seeking a full time, on site FMMA (Facilities Management & Maintenance Administration) Project Director to be based in Riyadh.
- The Project Director will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful completion of facilities management and maintenance projects.
- This includes managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and implementing best practices.
- The role requires leadership in resource allocation, performance monitoring, and delivering quality services that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
