Position Overview
Servco Facility Management is seeking an organized and proactive FM Coordinator in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and smooth facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day maintenance and facility operations.
- Manage vendor sourcing, scheduling, relationships, and performance monitoring.
- Support facility-management budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain service logs, maintenance schedules, inventory, and other records.
- Coordinate communication among facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with space planning and allocation.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives for facility services and efficiency.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Facility-management or coordination experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Applicants should be detail-oriented and committed to safety and quality standards.
