Role Overview
The company is seeking a Business Development Executive with facility management experience.
The role supports business growth and develops new client relationships in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new facility management business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients and arrange meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Promote facility management services and support contract closures.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in facility management.
- Previous facility management business development or sales experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of facility management services and contracts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
