Role Overview
Manage CAFM system data and support day-to-day Facility Management operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures, HSE standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CAFM system and FM database.
- Create, update, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Generate and track work orders and update their status in the CAFM system.
- Maintain asset, equipment, maintenance, and technical-document records.
- Coordinate with technicians and FM teams to collect and update maintenance information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly CAFM reports, KPIs, and maintenance reports.
- Support data entry during new project mobilization and onboarding.
- Check CAFM data accuracy and completeness and assist with client reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, IT, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in CAFM administration or Facility Management.
- Experience with Maximo, FSI GO, Archibus, Planon, or similar CAFM platforms.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance, asset management, and FM workflows.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, data-entry, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- UAE Facility Management experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
