Role Overview
• Application Development: Architect and build sophisticated, highly scalable applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring seamless performance across various iOS and Android screen resolutions and constraints.
• Architecture & Clean Code: Write maintainable, well-structured, and efficient code while establishing comprehensive automated unit, widget, and end-to-end test suites.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with backend engineers and product managers to define technical requirements, design features, and deliver stable releases.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex UI/UX designs into smooth and responsive mobile interfaces.
• Optimization & Maintenance: Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimize app execution for high performance and low latency.
• Full Delivery: Oversee the entire development lifecycle
• Proven background as a Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Demonstrable experience integrating modern AI tooling directly into mobile workflows to streamline Flutter development, code generation, or testing.
• Strong familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, widget testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with product and backend teams
