The Role
Tracsis is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to lead end-to-end development of sophisticated cross-platform mobile applications.
The contractor will build performant, scalable features for iOS and Android and own the mobile lifecycle from UI/UX translation through app-store release.
What You Will Do
- Architect and build scalable applications using Flutter and Dart across iOS and Android devices.
- Write maintainable code and establish automated unit, widget, and end-to-end test suites.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers on technical requirements and feature delivery.
- Translate complex UI/UX designs into smooth, responsive mobile interfaces.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimise application performance and latency.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle and deliver stable releases.
What You Will Bring
- Proven background as a Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience integrating modern AI tooling into mobile workflows for Flutter development, code generation, or testing.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, widget testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with product and backend teams.
