- In this role, you will be responsible for designing beautiful floral arrangements and creating visually appealing presentations that enhance the ambiance of our properties and corporate events.
- Your artistic flair and expertise will contribute to showcasing Awtad’s commitment to excellence and elegance in every visual detail.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, color theory, and event styling, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive and attractive visual presentations.
- Responsibilities* Design and create tasteful floral arrangements for office spaces, events, and special occasions.
- Work closely with event planners and marketing teams to develop visual presentation concepts.
- Maintain and care for floral supplies and ensure freshness and quality.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and decorative materials.
- Stay current with trends in floral design and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of floral displays and presentations at events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure visual consistency with brand standards.
- Develop seasonal and thematic floral concepts aligned with company branding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in floral design and visual presentation.
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Good knowledge of color theory and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work during special events and weekends as needed.
