Job Title: Floorman / Insulation & Waterproofing Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Clean, smooth, and repair floor surfaces, joints, and substrates before applying waterproofing membranes or insulation materials.
- Material Application: Expertly apply liquid membranes, sheet waterproofing, thermal insulation, and protective coatings according to product specifications.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate power tools, floor grinders, sprayers, and application machinery.
- On-Site Execution: Work directly under the Engineer cum Manager to carry out scheduled daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Quality Check: Ensure uniform application thickness and defect-free finishes to guarantee long-term protection.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Floorman, Waterproofing Applicator, or Skilled Mason in construction.
- Familiarity with common insulation materials and waterproofing systems.
- Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work in active site environments.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
