Job Title: Engineer cum Manager – Insulation & Waterproofing
Key Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Manage end-to-end execution of insulation and waterproofing projects on-site, ensuring work strictly aligns with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Client & Site Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, and field crews to ensure seamless project timelines.
- Estimation & Material Planning: Calculate material requirements, prepare cost estimates, and manage material procurement to avoid delays or waste.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect completed work for quality compliance and enforce site health and safety guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and support on-site crews (Floormen and Helpers) to maintain high performance and morale.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in building insulation, waterproofing, or general construction site management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
