About the Role
Kavak is seeking a Floor Patroller to manage vehicle movement and ensure showroom presentation standards at their Dubai location. The role involves coordinating test drives, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Ensure requested vehicles are prepared and positioned before scheduled customer appointments
- Coordinate with Sales team to provide vehicles for test drives promptly
- Verify test drive vehicles are clean, fueled, and roadworthy
- Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, and parked correctly after test drives
- Report any vehicle issues to the relevant team
- Manage daily movement and organization of approximately 350 vehicles
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure display vehicles meet showroom standards
- Coordinate with cleaning/detailing team to maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Perform routine patrols of showroom parking areas for operational efficiency and safety
- Monitor test drive area and resolve obstructions or operational issues
- Identify and report safety hazards, damaged vehicles, unauthorized parking
- Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and locked when not in use

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vehicle movement requests simultaneously
- Good understanding of showroom operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
