- Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
- Allocate jobs to the production team based on priority, timelines, and workload
- Monitor job status from order confirmation to final delivery
- Ensure production targets are achieved within committed timelines
- Coordinate with machine operators, designers, and finishing teams to avoid delays
- Maintain proper utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Supervise and guide production staff, operators, installers, and helpers
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular briefings with the production team regarding priorities and pending jobs
- Identify training requirements and support team development
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding job requirements, deadlines, and customer expectations
