- Attain FAA and/or EASA ground school and simulator instructor designation within approximately 12 months
- Ability to deliver simulator instruction on one or multiple aircraft types

Position Overview
- The Flight Simulator Instructor is responsible for delivering simulator and ground based training to client pilots.
- Ensures high quality instruction, compliance with authority approvals, and accurate documentation of training activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulator instruction and training sessions in accordance with approved lesson plans and authority approved programmes.
- Maintain all required personal licences, ratings, instructor privileges, and medical fitness.
- Verify the validity of all relevant authority approvals prior to conducting any training.
- Comply with ECFT/CAE operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review client Training and Checking Authorization forms prior to delivering training.
- Conduct thorough pre and post session simulator briefings and debriefings.
- Accurately identify, record, and discuss deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Deliver simulator instruction on one or multiple aircraft types.
- Deliver classroom based instruction, including Simfinity, CBT, IPT, or stand up lectures.
- Support the development, certification, and maintenance of training curricula and training devices.
- Attain FAA and/or EASA ground school and simulator instructor designation within approximately 12 months.
- Obtain qualifications required to act as an examiner and perform examiner duties.
