Responsibilities
- Monitor corporate Salik balances and ENOC fuel accounts daily, ensuring minimum balance of AED 7,000
- Conduct daily checks for traffic fines on official portals, document offenses, and prepare payroll deduction paperwork
- Manage timely renewals for vehicle registrations, insurance policies, and mandatory commercial permits
- Continuously update Vehicle Master File, Etisalat Master File, and maintenance tracking logs
- Maintain precise hard copy and soft copy records of vehicle handovers, fine deductions, uniform distribution, and SIM cards
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding vehicle accidents, repairs, and updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years hands on experience in fleet administration, logistics coordination, or PRO support within the UAE
- Solid experience dealing with UAE government portals (RTA, Dubai/Sharjah Municipalities, Dubai Police, Salik, ENOC)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data logging and tracking
- Excellent electronic document archiving skills
- Highly organized, proactive in follow ups, capable of working under minimal supervision

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Daily Financial Tracking: Monitor corporate Salik balances and ENOC fuel accounts daily (ensuring a minimum balance of AED 7,000 is maintained).
- Fine & Violation Management: Conduct daily checks for traffic fines on official portals, document offenses with screenshots, and prepare payroll deduction paperwork.
- Permits & Compliance: Manage timely renewals for vehicle registrations (Mulkiya), insurance policies, and mandatory commercial permits (Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Food Permits, Parking, and Advertisement permits).
- Data Maintenance: Continuously update the Vehicle Master File, Etisalat Master File, and maintenance tracking logs.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain precise hard copy and soft copy records of vehicle handovers, fine deductions, uniform distribution, and SIM cards.
- Vendor & Claims Liaison: Follow up with insurance companies regarding vehicle accidents, repairs, and updates.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands on experience in fleet administration, logistics coordination, or PRO support within the UAE.
- Local Knowledge: Solid experience dealing with UAE government portals (RTA, Dubai/Sharjah Municipalities, Dubai Police, Salik, ENOC).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data logging and tracking) and excellent electronic document archiving skills.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive in follow ups, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Pay
- AED 7,000 per month
