- Supervise daily site operations for interior fit out projects including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, and final finishes
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely execution
- Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality control
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and material requisitions
- Ensure tools and materials are available and properly used
- Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with project management team
- Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations on site
- Provide on the job training and guidance to workers where necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in interior fit out works (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of fit out procedures, materials, and technical drawings
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with MEP coordination is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Valid UAE driving license (if applicable)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fit Out Foreman to oversee and coordinate interior fit out activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands on construction experience, and a solid understanding of fit out procedures, materials, and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for interior fit out projects, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, and final finishes.
